Manager, Partner Engagement, HE
Job Description
The Home Entertainment North America Content and Services Team is responsible for shepherding LG's Smart TV ecosystem in the US and Canada. We work with hundreds of partners, all responsible for building premium Living Room experiences for LG's end-users and delivering world-class experiences in streaming, advertising, gaming and beyond.
The Manager of Partner Engagement is a key function in managing the day-to-day relationship of an identified set of partners within our smart TV ecosystem, the successful candidate will need to have a strong understanding of the partners' business, how to work with the partners to develop a set of recommendations and tactics to build acquisition and retention opportunities on the LG Smart TV platform. The candidate will have a strong understanding of Content Distribution and Direct to Consumer strategies and tactics and how to look at a partners performance data using internal tools to guide the partner to success in the partnership.
Primary Responsibilities:
Primary day-to-day stakeholder with an assigned set of partners in region
Monitor and grow key partner metrics on platform, including MAU, time spent, downloads, revenue
Liaise with LG cross-functional teams to amplify partner value to LG customers (Marketing, HQ, Sales, Digital, Engineering, Product Planning)
Work with partner to understand the end-user lifecycle and gather insight to optimize relationship on LG platforms. Ensure partners are aware of participation opportunities on the platform and maintain their certification requirements as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years minimum of relevant experience working within a sales or marketing management organization within a Content Distribution or Direct to Consumer business
- Experience in managing multiple projects at once
- Proficient working with data to develop insights for multi-level stakeholders
