How will you make an impact in this role?

Key responsibilities include:

- Carry a Small Business owner mindset working with a strong sense of urgency and purpose in the solutions

- Oversee/optimize the overall performance of legal collection agencies through in-depth analysis, key process drivers and collector level effectiveness

- Understand key drivers in performance, optimal settings for the key drivers, motivation behind actions/operational levers and impacts to results

- Partner with agencies to identify opportunities, deliver and monitor solutions to improve overall performance.

- Implement and maximize the usage of collection treatment tools & legal strategies across the agency network

Develop insights from data with the ability to use a combination of intuition and facts in driving the business forward

-Special sometimes time-sensitive projects as assigned that require working with colleagues at all levels, processing and assessing data outputs and presenting the results in a clear understandable manner

Minimum Qualifications

• - Strong thought leadership in portfolio analysis and operational processes. Able to incorporate both analytical and operational aspects into business thinking and solutions
  - Ability to partner with the agency staff at all levels, peers and management in developing solutions and leading the implementation
  - Self-directed, passionate in driving business results
  - Strong background in Legal Credit, Agency Management and/or Project Management
  - Proven ability to successfully multi-task
  - Strong communication and relationship skills to influence and maintain strong partnership with agencies
  - Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
