The Role:
As a Manager, Partnerships you will be responsible for providing business leadership and account strategy across a dedicated book of business. You will focus on building strong relationships up to the executive level with your clients, collaborating with campaign leads to deliver excellent results, and cross/upsell solutions. You should be a strategic thinker, excellent communicator, and comfortable selling ideas at the executive level.
What You’ll Do:
Own growth and revenue generation across a portfolio of publisher partners
Improve the quality of existing client relationships to align with adMarketplace’s goals
Collaborate with Publisher Success Managers and Supply leadership to build and execute strategic plans for business growth
Leverage campaign, client, and other data to identify new opportunities for growth and media placements
Gather and deliver client insights to the Product Team for development of new features, functionality, and enhancements
Qualifications:
- Â Bachelor's degree; 3+ years of Partner Management experience in Digital Media; Search Advertising experience a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and experience building internal and external relationships
Track record of growing partnerships and revenue through deep relationships with clients - understanding their needs, goals, and objections, and recommending effective strategies
Tech savvy, strategic thinker who is comfortable using data & insights to identify and solve problems
Deep understanding of current Digital Media market, recent trends, and players in the space
Proven ability to set clear and deliverable goals - demonstrates tenacity and a commitment to execute and be accountable for results
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, high-growth environment
Can grasp and solve complex business issues quickly and creatively
Self-motivated, proactive team player who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive deep into problems to discover new solutions
*Compensation Range: $90,000 - $115,000

*This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adMarketplace in the New York office. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
