The Manager II, PEGA leads the development and execution of complex software engineering projects leveraging PEGA capabilities with strategic solutions in an efficient manner. The Manager II, PEGA works in a highly collaborative, communicative capacity, collaborating with internal teams and external service providers to deliver best-in-class software solutions built on PEGA. The Manager II, PEGA ensures that business systems perform optimally throughout the organization. The Manager II, PEGA is energized by solving complex problems, and can lead, direct, and aid in the development of, less experienced staff.

If you’re great at:

  • Motivating the team to deliver on scope, time and budget

If you have:

  • 8-10 years’ experience in specialty area.

  • 8-10 years’ experience in a senior/leadership role in one or more specialty areas.

  • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or Computer Engineering is preferred) and/or equivalent on-the-job experience.

  • Strong familiarity with the PEGA System Architecture and PEGA design and implementation features.

  • Familiarity with PEGA System Architecture and all PEGA Policy design implementation features.

  • Innate leadership ability to direct the development and implementation of solution designs.

  • Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management, including the use of Azure DevOps.

  • SDLC using Agile (Scrum & Kanban) approach.
