Description
The Iterative Scopes mission is to empower doctors with real-time computer-aided detection and diagnostic tools powered by state-of-the-art computer vision and machine learning technology; improving patient outcomes by helping gastroenterologists detect and classify lesions in real-time, including those that often elude the human eye; and improving care worldwide by providing doctors across the globe with access to deep neural networks trained by the world's best and most experienced GI specialists.
Iterative Scopes is looking to hire an enthusiastic, results-driven People Operations Manager to lead people-related programs, processes, and initiatives that ensure we are a company where team members dedicated to our mission can find professional and personal success, support, and growth. This People Operations Manager will drive the work that will help our team grow alongside our growing company and goals. In this role, you will report to our Head of People and work closely with the broader People Ops team, managing members of the team and driving key programs like performance management and total rewards. You'll use both analytics and empathy to ensure our work remains people-focused.
What you'll be doing
  • Manage people operations functions including performance management, employee engagement, and benefits, by bringing experience and ideas to the table and then getting hands-on to operationalize
  • Use data and strong analytical skills to make informed recommendations and drive decisions regarding company policies and processes
  • Refine and maintain people analytics and reporting
  • Support strategy and execution of our performance management process including feedback and reviews, calibration, compensation;
  • Build and refine our functional career paths and internal banding processes
  • Assist in confidential employee relations matters, using a high degree of EQ and discretion to navigate sensitive situations

Requirements & Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Interested in developing people strategies, processes and policies that also align with the company's growth and business objectives
  • Desire to establish company culture and leverage culture and people strategies to maintain employee morale
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to assess and report on trends and key information
  • Ability to juggle many moving pieces, and quickly pivot from one priority to another
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to clearly and consistently communicate with senior leaders of the company

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 4 years or more experience in People Operations or HR, with experience at a high growth startup a plus
  • Experience in management consulting preferred
  • Proven track record of leadership skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
