• Have 5+ years applicable People Operations/Process Improvement/Project Management experience including 2+ years of management experience
• Proficiency in crafting, refining, and rolling out internal policies and processes
• Have strong HR functional expertise; and are very knowledgeable on global employment law matters, employment legislation, and compliance management
• Experience maximising HR systems (Workday and others) to design processes for scale
• Enjoy being a “hands-on” manager and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done
• Are consistently excited to help people understand the "why" (instead of a "check the checkbox" mentality)
