UC Health is hiring a Full Time, Dayshift Performance Improvement Manager for the UC Business Center.

As a Performance Improvement Manager, you will lead the creation and use of the UC Health Way, building LEAN philosophy, methodology, and tools into the fabric of everyday work across UC Health. This position is a key front-line leadership role. Individuals will need to balance Education, Projects, and Recognition to create the safest, highest quality, highly satisfying, and efficient patient care while growing the UC Health staff. The goal is to create a self-sustaining, self-improving system of care.

Education: Create and deliver education through a variety of channels including but not limited to Classroom settings, simulations, JIT, online, written, and project support (learn while doing).

Projects: Coach teams to use lean philosophy, methodology, and tools while obtaining tremendous results.

Recognition: Help to create a management structure which recognizes results obtained using appropriate methods.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable and excellent at organizing data collection and use, coaching teams, teaching lean concepts, and growing others to drive tremendous and transformative change. They will help to create the UC Health Way.
