Manager, PMM and Marketing Science Operations

We're looking for a Manager, PMM and Marketing Science Operations to join the team at Snap Inc!
What you'll do:

• Lead ad sales and product alignment by setting joint goals between the two organizations
• Establish best practices within the PMM and Marketing Science organizations to reduce operational costs/overhead
• Build data playgrounds for the rhythm of the business that allows for data-driven decisions for PMM and Growth and executives at Snap
• Build and develop organizational alignment so that the teams are best positioned for success

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to operationalize processes to ensure operational efficiency
• Possess a rich understanding of compliance, operational excellence, and program management
• Build data playgrounds for the rhythm of the business that allows for data-driven decisions for PMM and Growth and executives at Snap
• Ability to analyze and use data to make clear, concrete decisions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the organization
• An understanding of Snapchat with phenomenal product sense and product understanding

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of advertising experience.
• 7+ years experience in strategy, business development, operations, technology, banking consulting or related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or relevant graduate degree
• 10+ years experience in strategy, business development, operations, technology, banking consulting or related experience
• Success driving cross functional change
• Experience building executive relationships and driving/influencing change

Compensation:
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

• Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) : The base salary range for this position is $205,000 - $295,000 annually
• Zone B : The base salary range for this position is $195,000 - $280,000 annually
• Zone C : The base salary range for this position is $174,000 - $251,000 annually

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
