A growing innovative FinTech, or financial and technology company, that provides brand name durable goods to consumers on a lease-to-own (LTO) basis through its ecommerce marketplace and LTO payment method. It also provides LTO technology platforms to retailers and e-tailers to enter transactions with consumers who want to obtain durable goods, but do not have the available cash or credit.

Position Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• These activities span overall timeline management, leading and coordinating meetings, vendor management, adherence to company SOPs, risk monitoring and mitigation & reporting.
• This role will work cross-functionally with all departments to deliver high quality, value add solutions for our internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Execute strategic roadmap for the organization's technical projects, considering resource availability, dependencies, and constraints.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure that project management standards, processes, and best practices are followed consistently across the portfolio.
• Proficient at documenting and maintaining Business Process, Process Flow Analysis, Detailed Functional Designs, Technical specifications, mapping business requirements & solutions to system/technical requirements, wireframes, and Project Summaries
• Breaks down the work into logical process steps and works streams and works with other project team members to gather and analyze detailed requirements about the process design and the impact on the roles, departments affected, as well as interdependencies with other projects.
• Manage multiple project requirements concurrently, maintaining project schedule and quality deliverables in a dynamic environment.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure the timely and quality preparation of project deliverables based on assigned scope-of-services.
• Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality and exceed clients' expectations in compliance with Quality Management governance procedures.
• Enter Jira Tickets and be the lead to work with IT to make necessary changes and updates to the system data

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business). A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale and complex technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of making sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Confluence or similar experience is preferred.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Familiarity with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) methodology and ability to align project goals with company OKRs. Experience in measuring and reporting project progress and outcomes in relation to these OKRs.

This position is a full-time onsite position based out of Boca Raton, FL.
