Manager, Pricing Strategy

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Manager, Pricing Strategy within our Lodging division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will make a direct impact on the revenue of Corpay. The Pricing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing pricing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive profitability. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of applying data-driven strategies in the hospitality or lodging industry to drive business profitability, increased efficiencies, and improved customer experience. This role reports to the VP, of Pricing and Analytics and regularly collaborates with Client Services, Strategy, and Sales.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Set, monitor, and optimize pricing for Workforce Lodging
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal during the contract process, assisting with drafting, redlining, and negotiating contract terms. Engage in deal reviews with Sales/Sales leadership to support account-level strategy on pricing and deal structuring
  • Develop strong relationships with key personnel in client services, product, and FP&A
  • Establish weekly reporting to communicate pricing KPIs with the leadership team
  • Monitor competitive developments to determine changes or needs for our pricing strategies
  • Lead the monthly pricing review process, gather feedback and recommend changes
  • Design and build a detailed rate forecast based on internal and external data
  • Assist in the identification of revenue initiatives and work cross-functionally with product and technology to implement, including the writing of requirements and UAT testing

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree is required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience that is required for the job
  • 3 - 4 years of experience in a professional work environment
