As the Manager, Pricing Systems and Analytics, you will develop new systems and processes to drive efficiencies across GXO, along with building the analytics function in the pricing organization. You will play a vital role in growing and optimizing our profit streams and be responsible to lead high visibility projects from inception to completion. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Develop new reporting and dashboards for both executive level and working team consumption
• Create KPIs that measure the effectiveness of pricing strategies and highlight areas of opportunity across the commercial organization
• Build systems to optimize business processes, driving them to successful deployment
• Participate in commercial strategy development, using analytics as a foundation for strategic recommendations
• Consult with cross-functional teams on projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide leadership to analysts, developing the team through coaching, mentoring and driving accountability
• Serve as the data steward for pricing team and point person to answer questions about where and how to locate data and documents

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• 4 years of cost accounting experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams

It'd be great if you also have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance
• Experience in pricing, accounting, finance, or other relevant business experience
• Strong analytical (quantitative and qualitative) skills
• Availability to travel occasionally
• Supervisory experience
• 8 years of finance or equivalent experience
• Experience in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint and Power BI
• Supply chain experience
• Experience with SQL and statistical packages
