Education Qualification:  Qualified Chartered Accountant

Job responsibilities

• Accountable for the design & implementation of standard global processes, polices and controls to ensure process performance meets or exceed SLAs;
• To ensure that the process design and application is suitable to meet both short, mid and long term expectations of the stake holders;
• Work closely with support functions including procurement, accounting and finance, tax and treasury to define end to end responsibilities;
• Accountable to manage and support accounts payable activities for an organization by applying the relevant processes, policies and applications.
• Aligned with Finance Operations vertical and help us in determining Financial outcome by collecting operational Data / Reports, whilst conducting Analysis and Reconciling transactions;
• Responsible for end-to-end accounting of goods and services availed, through requisitioning, purchasing and receiving;
• Perform monthly closing activities including month end accruals.
• Manage end to end vendor accounts;
• Monthly review of vendor accounts and balances;
• Handling internal and external audit;
• Ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations including GST/TDS;
• Drive innovation and automation of the existing process to bring efficiency in the end to end process;

Desired Candidate:

• Experience of 3-6 years having managed the finance function in a global company or exposure to audit in Big 4
• Exposure of working on a listed company
• Experience of handling mergers and acquisitions
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS
• Exposure to ERP
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills,
• Preferably with good project management skills
• Ability to partner and engage with centers of expertise (like tax, audit, technical accounting)
• Ability to solve problems
