Job Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated Procurement Manager. The ideal candidate will manage the procurement process, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services that align with organizational needs while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness. The role is based in Thailand and reports to the Head of Finance, Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research to source for potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.

• Negotiating contracts and preparing reports (e.g. on orders and costs).

• Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize purchasing activities.

• Preparing Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs). 

• Reviewing deliveries against the orders.

• Dealing with real estate & workplace, non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.

• Analyzing spending patterns, identifying cost-saving opportunities and determining the most profitable offers.

• Ensuring compliance with purchasing policy and legal requirements. 

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement construction, IT system, goods and services, or supply chain management.

• Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access).

• Good knowledge of distribution management

• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
