Manager - Product Development

Position Responsibilities: Develop innovative product recommendations based on customer, competitive, technical, and legal assessments. Strong ability to synthesize and prioritize opportunities. Lead cross functional solutions including sales, engineering, product development, customer delivery, and marketing to deliver against required product growth milestones and deliverables. Demonstrate a constant desire to learn and test new strategies in the Digital Media ecosystem. Lead cross functional team solutions to continuously test, iterate, and deliver new digital media strategies and tactics. Drive outcomes in a rigorous, results driven environment. Identify and define opportunities to leverage company data for internal tools and processes. Translate hypotheses into MVP tests, with actionable tracking and results to inform investment decisions. Collaborate with 3rd party partners to identify and test data integration opportunities.

Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field, PLUS two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: search marketing; SEO; social media marketing; campaign management on Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, & Facebook ads and other media platform; digital media strategy formulation & campaign management; website strategy formulation; client relationship/account management, and; product development for the hotel and travel industry.
