Develop best in class outdoor product from the start by respecting the integrity of the design (getting the feedback directly from design to understand the purpose is key) Support and actively work on all the technical side to support the Development Manager to achieve the right product with the right price at P1 stage including wear test samples all the way to PHS and handover for commercialization.
