LTCG is a leading provider of business process outsourcing for the insurance industry, managing over 1.3 million long-term care policies for the nation's largest insurers. We also provide clients with unique risk management insight built upon our proprietary long term care databases.

The Manager, Product Implementation and Modifications Development is responsible for managing the product implementation and Modifications Development functions for all ongoing efforts and the associated staff.

1. Leads and develops people including planning, coordinating resources, developing and evaluating work of assigned staff with responsibility for hiring, firing, disciplining, recognizing, and performing performance appraisals and pay reviews.
2. Assigns tasks for all PI resources working on product/system setup for all projects.
3. Assigns tasks for all Modifications Development resources for all projects.
4. Understands all of the product/systems setup tasks, and Modification Development tasks, start dates, end dates, deadlines, milestones, etc. with help from reporting Director for all ongoing projects.
5. Shifts PI and Modifications Development resources from project to project to accommodate the deadlines.
6. Helps acquire, and train additional PI and Modifications Development resources as needed for multipleprojects.
7. Assists in documenting all steps and procedures required to perform product/system setup tasks and the Modifications Development tasks.
8. Assists in developing training materials for new PI resources.
9. Makes sure that all PI resources are following the same process and level of structure to assure quality work is being performed the first time around.
10. Assists and approves the design for all product/system setup scenarios.
11. When necessary, assists in PI coding and debugging.
12. Participates in meetings with other conversion managers to jointly determine dependencies betweenworkstreams.
13. Manages efforts to move all product/system setup and modifications development coding into the quarterly system releases.
14. Assists in developing task lists and estimates for prospective clients.
15. Completes periodic reports, indicating progress of projects and tasks.
16. Ableto challenge the status quo collaboratively to drive to better solutions and processes.
17. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), a related field and typically requires six + years of experience.
• Broad knowledge of the field with strong leadership skills.
• Critical thinker.

Preferred Qualifications

• Product Implementation experience on LTCG systems
• Knowledge of Long Term Care products and features
• Experience with large scaleprojects
• Good working knowledge of LTCG's application development standards and best practices, including: source code version control, managed build environments, configuration management, and QA/UAT testing processes.
• Resource management experience.
