About the position
The Manager, Product Management will drive overall brand and product initiatives, particularly through innovation and renovation of the existing portfolio. You will be responsible for the conceptualization, development, execution, and management of innovation and renovation for specific product categories. You will need to work with cross-functional teams and champion their initiatives throughout the process. You will also work to identify and lead projects which drive incremental volume and reduce costs. This position is not limited to innovation/renovation and the Manager will be expected to contribute to strategic projects including brand positioning, customer retention, and engagement.

What you will do
- You collaborate with R&D to develop a strategic product pipeline that drives revenue and helps recruit new Ambassadors.
- You contribute to developing highly effective positioning that differentiates Plexus products from a competitive marketplace. Develop a go-to-market strategy and support plan for each launch.
- You drive customer retention categories that are responsible for dynamic and engaging CRM contact strategies (e.g. email marketing and website campaigns).
- You assist in building internal capabilities that allow for stronger management of the Plexus brand. Create and manage marketing calendar and associated campaigns.
- You identify and drive product promotion strategies for responsible categories to achieve incremental sales (e.g. gifts with purchase, holiday offers, cross-promotions, etc.)
- You track the marketplace to learn of and implement best practices.
You should have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5 or more years of experience in product marketing or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with data analytics using excel and traditional marketing strategies
- The Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and prepare and present professional business plans.
- The ability to manage multiple high-level projects simultaneously
Experience in a direct sales company is a plus.
