The Manager, Product Management and Portfolio Governance & Processes will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective governance processes and frameworks throughout the product and portfolio management lifecycle. This role will develop, implement, and oversee governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for the entire product management lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and post-launch activities.
Role Responsibilities

Develop and implement robust governance frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with industry standards.

Establish, document, and communicate effective project management processes, driving consistency across the global team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive risk management strategies are in place.

Facilitate regular project reviews and audits to monitor adherence to established processes and identify areas for improvement.

Provide leadership in change management initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of new processes and tools.

Act as a central point of contact for governance-related queries, offering guidance and support to project managers and team members.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop and deliver training programs to educate team members on governance best practices and processes.

Produce comprehensive reports and metrics to assess the performance of projects and the overall health of the program.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine governance structures in response to changing business needs.
Role Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience in governance and process management, ideally within a global product and program management environment.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive process improvements.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.

Salary
The on-target earnings range is $99,705 - $174,800 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.Â
