ServiceTitan's Manager of Product Marketing is an integral role on the Product Marketing team contributing to ServiceTitan's acquisition and happiness of Fintech customers. The right individual for this role has a Fintech background and is a self-starter ready to execute strategic cross-functional, highly visible and critical initiatives to drive significant new customer acquisition and adoption of ServiceTitan's fintech products and features. This individual will have an analytical prowess ready to do a mix of operational and strategic work.
Success will be measured through both your ability to deliver against business metrics and your ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. S/he will be able to quickly jump in and take day-to-day ownership of key Fintech initiatives as well as be a foundational member building the product marketing function that fuels ServiceTitans growth.
The Product Marketing team at ServiceTitan sits within the Marketing organization and is responsible for pipeline across key market segments, deep customer segment knowledge, go-to-market strategy and driving adoption with existing customers.
What you'll do:
  • Work closely with executive leadership team to drive (lead and execute) the build of a Product Marketing Portfolio including messaging frameworks, pitch decks, positioning and differentiation for ServiceTitans Fintech product
  • Be responsible for supporting growth in key business metrics for the Fintech product line
  • Identify what needs to be done to drive success in different channels, and champion those efforts independently
  • Develop GTM strategy and influence Product roadmap advocating for customers and prospects by bringing market and customer insights to key stakeholders to ensure we are building and selling the right thing for the right audiences.
  • Consume and analyze data from around the business (VoC, funnel metrics, sales KPIs, buyer insights, customer research and more!).
  • Lead cross functional collaboration with product, enablement, sales, customer success, and demand generation to ensure well-coordinated execution and measure success
  • Understand target buyer and customer personas, buying needs, and buyer's journey to inform the development of messaging and content strategy
  • Own and be accountable for marketing plans for features or products, including marketing campaigns and programs designed to drive awareness, demand and adoption of the products

  • Minimum 6 years of product marketing experience, fintech experience required
  • B2B SaaS and/or Fintech Experience required

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $113,000 - $162,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
