Summary of the role:

As Manager of Product Onboarding for Amadeus Hospitality, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing innovative onboarding strategies that improves the Customer onboarding experience and accelerates the delivery of products to end users.

You'll use your exceptional project management skills to perform needs and task analysis, scope projects, and constantly evaluate the onboarding requirements of each product and persona. You'll flex your outstanding customer service skills to gain alignment and nudge internal teams and external customers to a new modern approach that allows customers to self-onboard and successfully implement Amadeus Hospitality solutions within their budget.

Your strong background in online product education and UX writing will allow you to organically sprinkle education throughout the onboarding experience, and unblock new opportunities for Amadeus to compete in today's market.

In this role you'll:

Lead a small but empowered team to create a consistent product narrative across all customer touchpoints. Whether it's an onboarding email, the Login page, a welcome video, onscreen instruction, online guidance-these customer facing assets must work in unison across all products and domains-especially those with shared user personas.

Define, and execute upon cross-department product-to-process improvements. Continually refine our onboarding, delivery, and education approach across all HOS products in collaboration with training, development, marketing, sales, and operational teams to reflect the current demands of the market and personas they serve.

Define and ensure usability testing and pilots. Whether is a new product, feature, or educational content-direct customer feedback is the secret ingredient. Design process and methodology for conducting usability testing, UX research, and pilots. Socialize learnings with internal stakeholders and prioritize based on principles of scaled agile.

UX writing. Collaborate with Delivery leads, product strategists, owners, trainers, and UX designers to create clear, succinct, and useful language that anticipates and guides users to success.

Measure and manage results with clear KPIs. All onboarding and supporting education delivered, based on the principles of scaled agile development. Measure and iterate to ensure Amadeus delivers the intended business value-within the Amadeus budget and resources.

About the ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate is a proven leader in Product onboarding delivery and a digital transformation advocate. A demonstrated leader who is comfortable being empowered to effect positive change, truly cares for the Customer's experience, and empowers their team members. Someone who can collaborate with internal colleagues and hospitality professionals to educate and remove myths associated with digital content.

• 5 Plus years of demonstrated Instructional Design
• Expertise in UX/UI across domains (Hospitality preferred but not required)
• Experience with Multi-media development
• Effective leader of teams who believes in leading through example and inspiration.
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
