Manager, Product & Test Engineering

As a Product and Test Engineering Manager, you will be a part of a development team for new mixed signal products in our Magnetic Sensor portfolio. You will be responsible for leading a team of the development Test Engineers working on multiple product lines. Test Engineers are responsible for design, development, and implementation of test and characterization solutions for a given product.
Your responsibilities include
- Resource management
- Leading new product planning: test feasibility, test cost, resource allocation, and scheduling
- Collaboration with other departments
- Participate and lead process improvement initiatives
- Training and mentoring
- Lead technical improvement and innovation
Qualification and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 10 years of related experience is desired, ideally involving IC the test
- Management experience
- Knowledge of semiconductor development process and new product introduction
- ATE knowledge and experience
An ideal candidate has relevant leadership experience, as well as hands on experience in semiconductor product development. This individual has excellent organizational and practical skills: can lead both project planning and execution. Individual must have good analytical skills and ability to master the technical specifics of magnetic sensor products.
