About the Role:
CrowdStrike Professional Services is seeking a Manager who will be responsible for leading our Residency Services team which provides long term support of CrowdStrike technology primarily within the Federal and State Governments but also for certain key commercial customers. The Residency Manager will have responsibility for building and growing a team member focused on providing administrative operational and Security Operations Center (SOC) analyst support for CrowdStrike technology. What You'll Do:
  • Build and grow a team that helps customers operationalize and support CrowdStrike technologies as well as analyze and investigate associated alerts within the customer's SOC
  • Provide hands-on support in the trenches with your team members to help them deliver high quality services to our most strategic customers
  • Work cross functionally with CrowdStrike customer success, managed services, training and sales teams to ensure successful service delivery
  • Manage and mentor team members to help expand skill sets and maximize performance
  • Anticipate customer needs for professional services by staying abreast of new CrowdStrike features and modules releases
  • Deliver high quality services constantly seeking feedback from customers, partners and CrowdStrike team members to improve offerings

What You'll Need:
Successful candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in professional services
  • 3+ years experience in technology implementation and/or SOC leadership managing a team of direct reports
  • A Secret or higher security clearance combined with knowledge and experience navigating US Federal Government contracting processes
  • Experience with a broad range of SaaS technologies across EDR, SIEM, IAM, Vulnerability Management, Asset Management, SOAR and more
  • A proven leader, with the ability to inspire, lead, and mentor a high performing organization, with the ability to establish strong cross functional relationships to work collaboratively
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills, strong business acumen and ability to exercise good judgment and discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Global mindset and commitment to diversity and inclusion with the ability to travel within the U.S. occasionally (

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $145,000 - $200,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
