Key Accountabilities 

• Lead, mentor, and manage a portion of the North American Professional Services team 
• Build executive relationships with strategic enterprise customers; advise on potential customer escalations 
• Work closely with the Professional Services Operations Manager to identify and execute on process improvements 
• Continuously lead the team in enhancing delivery of projects and methodologies 
• Foster career path growth for team members within Professional Services team 
• Collaborate with the sales teams and customer success teams to ensure smooth transition and processes between the various groups 
• Create + uphold processes within the team to generate efficiency 
• Provide support on pre-sales activities such as SOW creation and cope/implementation reviews with prospects 
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve handoff processes, implementation processes, reporting, etc. within the company 
• Attend/shadow sessions with Professional Services team members to provide feedback 

Requirements & Preferred Skills 

• 5+ years of experience leading Professional Services resources or a team
• Supply chain and/or Logistics experience required
• Previous direct People Management Experience 
• Strong client service and/or management consulting experience  
• Experience in a fast-growing startup is a plus 
• Strong experience managing enterprise customer relationships 
• Previous experience with PSA tool helpful 
• Strong communication and problem solving skills, customer focus and results orientation  
• In-depth knowledge and experience implementing Enterprise software applications such as ERP, CRM or SCM  
• Strong experience in recruiting, motivating and retaining top talent
