EnlivenHealthโ„ข is the Omnicell, Inc. division that builds advanced patient engagement and communications solutions that enable retail pharmacies and health plans to improve the health outcomes of their patients, while strengthening the long-term health of their businesses.

The Manager of Professional Services is responsible for leading, managing and directing product implementation and services activities for EnlivenHealth.

Responsibilities
  • Provides leadership and work direction for team of direct reports. Helps to manage and balance the workload of the team and facilitates problem solving as needed
  • Manages alignment of the company to customers, while balancing customer expectations of the company
  • Quarterly revenue responsibilities ($10-$20M ); revenue risk mitigation; strategic 2-3 quarter forecasting
  • Assists in setting and executing the strategic direction of the Professional Services team
  • Supports hiring and onboarding of new staff and provides opportunities for development and training
  • Provides front line leadership and support to team by demonstrating Omnicell's Core Values. Fosters a positive attitude and motivates team members by maximizing team and individual performance.
  • Creates metrics and dashboards as a means of presenting critical data to key business stakeholders
  • Management of the following areas: revenue, process, implementation practices, process/workflow consulting
  • Develops, maintains, and rebuilds partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Continually seeks better ways of doing business. Embraces & drives change.
  • Assist in developing and executing effective practices, tools, and standards for implementations
  • Builds commitment to common goals; creates an environment of collaboration
  • Manages time and resources effectively to meet company objectives
  • Participates in strategic initiatives
  • Focuses on customer experience during the implementation process.
  • Maintains strong industry and product knowledge

Required Knowledge and Skills
  • Background managing clinical systems/software projects
  • Financial understanding of budgets and revenue goals
  • Strong communicator, articulate and persuasive to key people both within and outside of the organization
  • Depth of knowledge and experience in a wide range of functional departments; using this knowledge to bring their resources to bear in the resolution of account issues
  • Demonstrated ability to apply tact and diplomacy when addressing all levels of staff. Must possess a high degree of business acumen when dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information

Basic Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree or Professional Healthcare Certification and 5 years of healthcare experience
  • OR, 8 years of Healthcare experience (No degree/certification requirement)
  • Minimum of 3 years directly managing a team or managing cross-functional project teams

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Experience with Retail Pharmacy and/or Health Plans

Work Conditions
  • Home Office
  • 25% - 50% Travel required
  • Management of a remote team
  • Extended hours in front of a computer using video technology
  • Work across multiple time zones
