Job Summary
Responsible for managing Program Performance reporting and profitability of existing and new business operations. Provides an analysis of profitability variances and recommendations for corrective actions. Establishes, implements and maintains a system of financial and operational controls and procedures to effectively manage internal activities.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Serves as a liaison to broader finance organization, management, and other staff by providing financial planning experience, financial information and modeling, activity analysis and variance analysis.
Evaluate program proposals and financial requests for viability; Perform and critique economic evaluation justifications for program expenditures.
Collaborate with executives, project managers, and cross-departmental leadership to set program budget goals.
Prepare cost estimates and plans, while providing necessary program reporting, documentation, and financial assessments.
Track program results and compare them to key financial targets. Forecast financial needs throughout the year.
Works closely with PMO organization to coach, develop and prioritize financial outcomes for team members assigned to project teams.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
Relevant Work Experience
5-7 Years
