Position Purpose:

Conduct and manage the day to day operations of the Program Coordinators in the Case Management department. Develop and maintain efficient processes designed to timely facilitate case management referrals and member outreach. Ensure timely member enrollment into appropriate case management programs.

• Manage the day-to-day operations and functions of the Program Coordinators, including productivity metrics and quality audits.• Develop processes and procedures to ensure efficiencies and effectiveness of Program Coordinators' functions.• Develop and implement metrics to ensure company goals are met• Coach, mentor, and provider routine performance feedback to staff• Complete all regulatory and contractually required reports for delegated vendors• Adhere to regulatory and accreditation agencies requirements

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of case and/or utilization management and Medicare and/or Medicaid insurance experience. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff.
