You will be part of a team working in the field of robotics and automation. You will deliver creative solutions to aerospace's toughest problems.

Mukilteo is a waterfront community situated on Puget Sound, about 25 miles north of Seattle. Salary range based on the required profile: $138,000-180,000/year.

Your challenges:

• Oversee a team of Project Managers to ensure they are effectively managing their projects.
• Coach and guide Project Managers in all aspects of project management.
• Develop and implement project strategies within the team.
• Work closely with the team to address any issues or blockers that arise.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Your boarding pass:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or combination of degree and equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Project/Program management.
• Experience in managing and mentoring a project management team in an engineering environment.
• A PMP certificate is required.
