Manager - Project

Grow your career as a Manager - Project within Trisept Solutions, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will work as a key member of one or more Account Teams, which serve as the primary engagement point for Trisept's external Software as a Service (SaaS) clients. The Project Manager is specifically responsible for managing all aspects of technology delivery to assigned Trisept clients.

A successful Manager - Project will:

• Sets agenda and leads regular status meetings with external client stakeholders
• Manages intake of new project requests
• Collaborates with Solutions Consultants, Architects, Engineers and other technical staff to determine accurate cost estimates for project requests. Communicates these to Account Managers for quoting and negotiation.
• Completes project setup in necessary systems and artifacts to enable technology staff to complete their work and report on progress.
• Meets with delivery teams in standing and ad-hoc meetings to ascertain status, identify risks, and determine mitigation strategies to issues as they arise.
• Provides frequent reports to relevant stakeholders on deliverable status.
• Escalates issues to Account Management and Executive Management when appropriate.
• Assists with documentation of change orders.
• Provides subject matter expertise and recommendations to clients when appropriate.

A successful Manager - Project will have:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Technical or Business Field
• 5 years of Project Management experience or 8 years of experience in Software Development with increasing levels of responsibility
• Travel Industry Experience Preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills with cross functional project teams, team members, stakeholders, management, partners, vendors and users.
• Excellent public relationship skills with customers, co-workers & external partners.
• Ability to monitor and drive issues, track tasks, and evaluate priorities daily.
• Ability to influence and persuade in order to achieve desired outcomes.
• Ability to confidently present concepts and solutions verbally in front of a group.
• Ability to offer alternative solutions to program/projects scope.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Acts as a champion for the team and the company.
• Ability to align with key stakeholders and technology teams in order to troubleshoot issues.
• Positive and proactive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, facilitation, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to identify problems and recognize important information with a clear understanding of the underlying links between the details.
• Ability finding the causes of problems to quickly identify and filter relevant information to solve them.
• Willing to travel infrequently (once per quarter) to visit assigned accounts.
• Must be a problem solver
