Job Summary

The Manager, Project Management & Events will run AMN's Client and Corporate Marketing Communications efforts, leading the design, development, and execution of plans across multiple channels for all AMN brands. This creative leader will handle brand aesthetics and identity, develop guidelines for strategic brand initiatives, and demonstrate prior experience in marketing enablement, project, event, and media management!

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain expertise across areas to own the team in implementing Marketing Strategic Objectives.
• Support successful integration to optimize and streamline Marketing function for newly acquired companies with VP and Sr. Director, Brand Management.
• Improve and support Sales and Account Management efforts by using proficiency in PowerPoint, including presentation development, template conversions, slide editing and clean up, and translating Sales vision into eloquent messaging and visuals for sales and client presentations.
• Develop and coordinate content and copy for articles and marketing campaigns, individually and by partnering with communications and content specialists.
• Lead strategic event planning and budgeting process, collaborating with senior business leaders and executives to understand objectives of trade show/sponsorship.
• Offer insight on sponsorships, and event promotion opportunities, develop tradeshow campaigns, and incorporate primary sales/marketing collateral to improve trade show results.
• Participate in 6-10 large projects and 5+ small projects at a time, including being responsible for the work of direct reports.
• Lead medium to large-sized projects within the Marketing department by planning and assigning action items to individuals with a strong degree of autonomy and creativity.
• Lead corporate brand positioning in partnership with Sr. Manager, Brand Management; and coordinate the development of brand assets across digital and print mediums.
• Lead special projects as Art Director, including Community Involvement programs and projects, diversity & inclusion, retention, Connections Intranet platform, company calendar, and holiday card project.

Qualifications

Education & Years of Experience

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience

Additional Experience

• Prior marketing experience
• Experience managing a team
• Strong communication and project management skills required
• Experience in creative design/ Art direction

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
• Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate

$113,500 - $134,500 Salary

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
