Coaches and manages the work activities and may have full management accountability for the performance and development of team. (50%)
Leads operations projects that focuses on enhancing operational procedures. (30%)
Advises team and management on regulatory issues that may impact operational processes. (10%)
Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet objectives. Ensures that the team maintains proper controls for safety, quality and productivity. (10%)
