The Role:

As a Manager, Publisher Success, you will be responsible for learning and understanding client KPIs and data to be able to serve as a thought leader on accounts. You will collaborate with the Manager, Partnerships to ensure all analytics and reporting are clear and communicated efficiently to clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own performance and quality of a variety of media placements across publisher partners

  • Provide insight and analysis on KPIs and performance for internal and external reporting

  • Collaborate with Partnership Managers to build and execute strategic plans for business growth

  • Leverage campaign, client, and other data to identify new opportunities for growth and ensure media placements remain healthy and valuable

  • Gather and deliver client insights to the Product Team for development of new features, functionality, and enhancements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; 2+ years of Digital Media or Client Services experience; Partner Management experience a plus; Search Advertising experience a plus
  • Tech savvy, strategic thinker who is comfortable using data & insights to identify and solve problems

  • High-level understanding of current Digital Media market, recent trends, and players in the space

  • Proven ability to set clear and deliverable goals - demonstrates tenacity and a commitment to execute and be accountable for results

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, high-growth environment

  • Adaptable and able to work within a team, handle multiple assignments, and collaborate effectively across other internal teams

  • Excited about bridging business needs with technical prowess and analytical skills to deliver against partner goals

*Compensation Range: $70,000 - $95,000

*This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adMarketplace in the New York office. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
