The Role

The Engineering & Quality Assurance teams are the nuts & bolts of the Bloomerang organization. Managers within the QA department exist to ensure that the QA Department is able to meet the department’s expectations. Their focus is on providing coaching, mentoring, & motivation for a high producing team. In addition to managing the productivity and quality of work to ensure teams meet established goals and standards, QA Managers are experts at articulating the features and benefits of Bloomerang.

What You Will Do

  • Manage productivity of direct reports throughout automated and manual practices to ensure we meet established standards. 
  • Partner with Engineering Leaders on quality adjacent initiatives. 
  • Work with Product and Engineering Leaders to ensure roadmap success.
  • Continuously seek process improvements, recommendations and implementation of systems and tooling.
  • Collaborate with Quality Leadership to assist with the achievement of Quality Department goals and objectives.
  • Coaching, mentoring, & motivating a high producing QA team as they transition into a Quality Engineering mindset.
  • Keeping team members accountable for applied practices to produce overall product quality from idea to release.
  • ​​Strive for continuous improvement of our practices that align with a shift in quality to the left mindset.

Compensation


The salary range for this position is: $101,500 - $137,500. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.


Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
