Manager Rate Implementation

The Manager Rate Implementation ensures schedules are met, testing is complete and accurate and that restorations in both rating systems are being tracked.

• Prepare, organize, and validate rate data to be imported into PolicyCenter
• Create and maintain rate tables, rate books and rate routines
• Conduct policy period impact testing
• Import and export data to and from PolicyCenter
• Manage all aspects of the implementation of auto and property rates in PolicyCenter
• Manage Guidewire rate implementations
•  Create and upload rate routines to the Guidewire rating engine
• Assist with data creation, validation, preparation, and the importing and exporting of data into and from PolicyCenter
• Manage Implementation Analyst resources to allow for proper task allocation
• Define parameter sets within PolicyCenter rate routines

Job Requirements:

•  2-3 Years management experience
• Understanding of auto and property pricing concepts and methodology
• In-depth knowledge of auto and property rating algorithms
• Ability to work independently and with others to deliver high-quality deliverables on time
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Work outside of core business hours may be required to ensure completion of assigned tasks and to achieve service level agreements
• Ability to interpret and process complex data
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
