Job Description
Manage teams accountable day-to-day billing processes and procedures to ensure optimal outcomes for the financial health of both Netsmart and our clients. 
Responsibilities

Manage, coach, train, recognize and evaluate associates to foster a productive team environment
-
Develop and implement policies and procedures to support defined goals and objectives.Â

Conduct staff meetings at regular intervals for informative and educational purposes
-
Develop and implement strategies to impact our P&L
-
Ensure deliverables are prepared and executed per client’s expectationsÂ
-
Escalate client issues as appropriate
-
Monitor relevant performance indicators including days in A/R, cash/net revenue, A/R aging, denials management, credit balances
-
Build a strong working relationship that balances the needs of our clients, associates and Netsmart

Qualifications
Required
-
High school diploma or GED
-
At least 5 years of medical billing, cash posting, and charge entry experience
-
At least 3 years of people management experience
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
-
Working knowledge of the behavioral and/or post-acute healthcare industry
Preferred
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
Call center work experience
-
Active medical coding certification
