The Manager-Customer Engagement is responsible for helping design and maintain our Customer Community as well as facilitate the majority of all customer engagement areas for the Remarketing Department. These areas include email marketing, texting, web chat, website enhancements and much more. The goal of this position is to help provide a better customer experience while generating new leads through various forms of customer touchpoints.
We are looking for someone who can manage a small team of associates, learn fast and is determined to succeed. People who are enthusiastic, have strong interpersonal skills, and set aggressive goals for themselves do well in this position. They will have good understanding of technology and how to use it effectively to complete certain tasks. Specially how technology can be used to make our sales representatives and the customer's experience better and more efficient.

Responsibilities:
- Help design and manage the Customer Community / customer portal
- Coordinate email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content
- Act as liaison between Marketing's website team and Vehicle Remarketing
- Monitor how customers experience our services and provide direction and tools on how to improve
- Help with completing Salesforce.com projects and basic updates
- Assist with additional projects assigned by Director
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products
- Prior experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
- Marketing knowledge and experience is a plus
- Ability to solve problems independently with customers and internal associates
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills are required
- Ability to work fast and multi-task with computer systems and applications
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
