As a Manager, Reporting & Analytics, you will be trusted to drive process improvements, expanded reporting and analytical capabilities, as wells as act as a strategic business partner and advisor to the Finance, Customer Operations, and Surgical Sales team at our Fort Worth, TX location.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Leads Reporting Analyst(s) to achieve operational excellence for Alcon US Customer Operations.
• Business partner to US Customer Operations, Finance, Sales and other teams which enable process improvements, and expanded reporting and analytical capabilities.
• Directs team in creation and execution of reports and projects.
• Solid understanding of how all systems used within Alcon function to support business processes.
• Demonstrates a high level of subject matter expertise in functional area to bridge business requirements and execution solutions; provide technical direction and ensure compliance with standard methodology solutions.
• Lead team in achieving results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; mentoring and counseling employees; developing, coordinating, and implementing efficiency standards.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+1 yr)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• 5 Years of Proven Experience
• 3 Years of Proven Leadership
