Manager, Revenue Management - Hybrid, Seattle or Miami

We're looking for an amazing Manager, Revenue Management to fill this role which can be based in our Seattle, WA or Miami, FL office. This is a Hybrid, in-office role, expect to work in person (in office) Tuesday - Thursday each week. You'll be responsible for overseeing the maximization of net ticket revenue for every sailing by managing the pricing and coordinating with Sales and Marketing to stimulate demand.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing booking trends to recommend pricing and inventory actions necessary to maximize revenue.
• Leading weekly pricing meetings
• Tracking competitive products, pricing, and promotional activity, as well as the overall cruise and vacation industries
• Monitoring group allocation and booking performance
• Providing monthly revenue goals for the cabin upgrade program
• Managing the promotional fare process to ensure pricing is accurate and opened on time
• Facilitating and auditing pricing actions in the reservation system
• Assisting Reservations with escalated guest pricing issues
• Gathering and presenting data needed for regular SOX audits
• Supporting senior management and Pricing Managers by leading special projects and ad hoc analysis
• Overseeing the development of weekly reports for Revenue Management and senior management
• Role model and mentor to other managers and analysts
• Ability to analyze data, make decisions and be accountable for bottom-line performance
• Strong analytical, communication & organizational skills essential

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or M.B.A. in business, finance, economics or accounting preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience
• A passion for travel
• Supervisory or team lead experience required.
• Familiarity with cruise revenue management concepts preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication & organizational skills essential
• Knowledge of the cruise industry business environment including marketing, sales and operations
• Ability to analyze data, make decisions and be accountable for bottom-line performance.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of database and report-writing tools
• Ability to lead, mentor, and engage staff members
• Provides guidance and leadership

• Base Salary Range: $83,200.00 to $112,300.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
