Position Purpose:

This role is responsible for developing and leading the newly created revenue realization team. Core activities include identifying, solutioning and capturing revenue leakage to ensure that the business realizes contractually entitled revenue. Key duties include developing and executing on the strategy, , prioritizing , tracking results and reporting results.

Key Job Activities:

• Lead a team of analysts to identify, cross-functionally solution and capture various sources of revenue leakage• Drive execution of the revenue realization strategy• Manage new revenue realization initiatives and make recommendations for change, based on proactive and reactive business needs• Investigate root causes, help prioritize, and scope revenue capture issues and/or opportunities• Prioritize the team's agenda and activities to ensure maximum return on effort• Use reporting and analytics metrics, tracking and communicating results and key outcomes• Develop and maintain KPIs to ensure achievement of revenue realization goals and targets• Collaborates broadly with members of the commercial/marketing, financial, legal, billing, operations and other teams as appropriate• Review analyst work and provide quality control to ensure actions are properly supported with data • Develop the team through mentoring junior members• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Education:

Required Education: in Bachelor`s Degree

Preferred Education: in Masters

Experience (North America & LATAM):

Education & Experience• Education equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance or related field• Master's degree preferred• Five or more years of marketing, strategy, pricing, or other relevant business experience• Two or more years of experience in commercial or strategic leadership roles

Licenses and Required Competencies• Critical thinking and highly analytical to develop or assess strategic plans and identifying critical success factors.• Demonstrates the ability to meet project deadlines and establish and maintain effective working relationships with people at all levels in the organization. • Ability to manage relationships and work collaboratively with multiple constituents and provide informal influence on to achieve desired outcomes. • Demonstrates the ability to present ideas and information in a clear, concise, organized and diplomatic manner; listen to others to respond effectively to ideas and questions. • Demonstrates the ability to function independently, initiate/drive projects to completion with minimal guidance, and resolve problems without direction. Proactively identify potential roadblocks and puts contingency plans in place.• Demonstrates strong analytical (quantitative and qualitative) and is demonstrates strong problem-solving skills. Must be able to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and projections. Must be able to effectively present financial information and analysis to management and senior leadership• Excellent computer skills required. Requires expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as intermediate knowledge of Tableau. Alteryx experience preferred• Demonstrated excellent math skills and strong attention to detail are required to be successful in this position
