Job Description

What you'll do:

To generate revenue & increase market share of Low Voltage products & systems in and around Vizag area

"1. To increase market share & revenue of Eaton Low Voltage products & systems In and around Vizag area
2. Appoint channel partners & enter new territories for LV Switchgears
3. Have a strong domain knowledge of the Low Voltage Switchgear panels & components like(ACBs,MCCB,MCBs, RCBs, etc) and the associated customers.
4. Map & target new customers /projects/expansions in the assigned territory.
5. Effectively pursue, make proposals and close sales in close coordination with Business Development Team.
6. Achieve sales target for the assigned territory for Low Voltage Products

7. Get approvals from targeted End Users, Panel Builders, Contractors, Developers, Consultants and utilities.
8. Work closely with business development team and successfully negotiate project sales.
9. Provide technical and training support to channel partners / customers on products and applications.
10. Maintain updated intelligence on competitors, pricing , products and channel developments.
11. Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 8 - 10 years field sales experience for LV sales in the region

Skills:

Requires high product and application knowledge for LV switchgear (circuit breaker components, and/or motor control centers as well as working knowledge of the electrical industry)
Strong Customer connect, market intelligence, effective communication & interpersonal skills, Negotiation skills & drive to excel
