The Manager, Sales is accountable for overseeing a team of Suite Account Managers who are responsible for delivering world class account management and business direction to NICE CX’s most important customers.
Specifically, this position is responsible for overseeing the customer base cross sell and upsell efforts as well as building long-term consultative relationships with new and existing customers.  

These relationships will be built by understanding the customer business goals, proposing enhancements to product and/or services and addressing how clients can achieve better business outcomes by leveraging NICE CX’s technology products.
This position will be responsible for and compensated on a sales quota in addition to growing the revenue of an account base, including renewals. 

The Manager, Sales involvement with the client will encompass the entire lifecycle of the relationship - beginning with the initial implementation and carry through to building a long-term relationship. Client interaction will be done over the phone, Zoom/Teams calls, and face to face. Additionally, this position will work in concert with our Technical Support team. Together, these teams are responsible to ensure both customer longevity and systematic growth.

As a Manager, Sales a Typical Day Might Include the Following:

  • Ensure revenue growth of assigned accounts
  • Achieve bookings and revenue quotas through add-on sales to current customers
  • Partner with the Account Executives to uncover larger opportunities, particularly with the largest customers
  • Demonstrate achievement in managing competing priorities. 
  • Strong analytical and financial skills. 
  • Demonstrate achievement in creating, building and leading a successful sales team. 
  • Comfortable and successful in a fast paced, growth-oriented company.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proved history of exceeding quotas. 
  • Excellent customer facing skills.

To Land This Gig You'll Need:

  • ​Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or Marketing or equivalent work experience required. Master’s degree in Business Management or Marketing preferred.
  • Achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • 7+ years combined sales/ Account management function in customer service, call/contact center and/or service delivery.
  • 3+ years applicable experience in Sales Management.
  • Negotiate profitable contracts, terms and conditions.
  • Increase pipeline through targeted campaigns.
  • Manage/overcome customer prospect objections.
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of NICE CX product lines.
  • Create new revenue opportunities with focus on driving business to close in existing accounts.
  • Work with NICE CX's Implementation team to play a role in smooth customer implementations by providing assistance as directed and provide appropriate feedback to the greater sales team post turn up.
  • Measure success via tracking of client retention and revenue growth.
  • Follow the company Code of Ethics and NICE CX’s policies and procedures at all times.
  • Communicate in an effective and professional way with customers in and outside of NICE CX.

Bonus Experience: 

  • Demonstrated sales proficiency, primarily to an installed base of customers.
