About The Role:


In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy, optimizing sales operations, and driving effective go-to-market initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, executives, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth, expand market share, and maximize customer success. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, data-driven problem solver, and possesses a deep understanding of sales operations, go-to-market strategies, and technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Define and refine go-to-market strategies, including target markets, customer segments, pricing models, and competitive positioning.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and shape effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics to drive sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to enhance sales performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align strategies and initiatives that support the go-to-market strategy and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and refine sales enablement materials, including presentations, playbooks, and sales collateral.
  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Drive sales forecasting and pipeline management processes to ensure accurate revenue projections and effective resource allocation.
  • Implement and optimize sales tools, technologies, and CRM systems to streamline sales operations, enhance sales team effectiveness, and improve customer experience.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to sales representatives on sales processes, value proposition, and effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and potential partnerships.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in sales strategy development, sales operations, go-to-market strategy, or sales enablement, preferably in the tech industry or startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships across teams and levels within the organization.

Salary Range: $170,000 - $200,000
