Manager, Sales Development
Job Description
OTA Insight is hiring a Manager, Sales Development to build and inspire a team of Sales Development professionals. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership to develop and execute winning sales strategies, set team wide goals and work towards team and individual quota attainment. As we grow our Sales Development team, we are looking for a leader available for hybrid in-office presence in our Denver office.
Your Role:
- Build a best in class sales development process and organization
- Exceed quota that contributes to the overall sales goals of the organization
- Manage, mentor and develop SDR's skills which include recruiting, hiring & training of new teammates
- Observe current outreach and opportunity generation practices, immerse yourself in team metrics, and identify areas for improvement at scale
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers, SDRs and Sales Managers to optimize lead volume and quality, delivering a healthy pipeline of qualified leads
- Strategize with Sales Leadership on headcount planning and recruit additional high-performing leaders and individual contributors to the team
- Deploy strategic thinking to drive higher lead conversion, break into key clients, and accelerate ramp time for new SDR hires
- Support the mentorship and development of the SDR staff, preparing team members for career progression and expanded leadership opportunities
- Liaise with Sales Operations and Enablement to generate data analyses and determine training curriculum priorities
- Through continuous process improvement, contribute to the team growth and success of the broader Sales team
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to develop and execute on lead generations campaigns and other tactics to drive pipeline growth
- This position is global and will provide you the opportunity to build multi cultural teams tentatively located in Denver, Madrid and Singapore (some travel is be required)
Job requirements
Your Experience:
- You have proven success scaling global SDR organizations and delivering on key results
- You have have helped to build and lead an SDR organization in a fast-paced, technology/ SaaS company
- You are data driven and results oriented, this is a quota carrying position that will be measured on contribution to the business
- You have a proven record of sales success and possess strong collaboration and communication skills
- You identify and communicate organizational roadblocks and are able to work around them
- You have a robust Salesforce.com analysis and reporting skill set and have detailed knowledge of SaaS tech stacks including sourcing, prospecting, and outreach technologies
- You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work independently and adaptively, anticipate and mitigate friction points, and take initiative to promptly resolve and learn from challenges
- You are a high energy leader who cares deeply about people and is open to amazing opportunities for growth

In addition to benefits and other OTA Insight total rewards, the annual base salary for this role is $100,000 + commission. We benchmark our salary ranges for new hires in relation to the role, level, and role location; however, we consider a multitude of factors, to include relevant experience, skills, and education/training, to determine compensation within the identified range.
