*Targeting candidates in the DMV area who are comfortable coming into the office 4+ days a week. 

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding metrics within a numbers-driven and performance-based environment, and the ability to determine optimal pipeline development activities.

  • To be a coach that can hire, train and retain young sales talent to match Appian’s growth. 

  • To be a leader that can run discussions and meetings, balancing competitiveness and collaboration.

  • Strong organization and time-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities.

  • A collaborative mindset to provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions

  • Within your first few weeks of joining us, you will attend new hire orientation along with our 5-day sales “Start with Value” training program

  • Access to ongoing enablement and training on Appian’s sales process, tools, and methodologies

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3+ years of software sales experience. Sales/Business Development Management experience preferred.
