Position Overview
The Manager, Sales Enablement will support the sales enablement specialists while assisting leadership in the development of sales and operations strategy, while understanding priorities and execute on operational plans. The goal is to optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement, system enhancements and best practice sharing.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Engage and work with aligned partner teams’ business to achieve data needs and analysis results more effectively.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance.
- Apply quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers.
- Ability to understand, create, and deliver top-quality, audience-appropriate communication.
- Assist the Sales Enablement and Sales leadership teams in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies to implement data enrichment processes to improve sales team’s performance.
- Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the sales and executive leadership teams.
- Drive process improvement and manage all aspects of Salesforce CRM including workflow, reporting, data integrity and maintenance.
- Support the processing of sales orders and support sales teams with planning and operational tasks.
- Provide Salesforce administration setup and training for all users, system configuration, reporting, documentation of best practices and maintenance of data.
- Partner with IT teams to understand new capabilities available in Salesforce and support the training of sales representatives to use these capabilities.
- Build strategy around master data consumption and management and data cleansing techniques to improve the quality and accuracy of contacts and accounts databases.
- Support the compensation data and commission payout process with oversight, quality assurances, and strategy to constantly improve process.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience working in sales operations, business analyst role, sales enablement, process improvement and/or program/project management, preferably at a health tech or software company.
- Proficiency Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Applications.
- Competency with relational databases and SQL queries.
- Proven ability to work and interact in a faced-paced environment and comfortable with requirement to multi-task.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in developing, building and delivering quantitative metrics in a business context preferred.
 Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in a technical or business-oriented field preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and AWS Analytics QuickSight preferred.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding quotas
