This can be a remote or hybrid position providing you live near a major airport for travel purposes

In this capacity you will ;
Handle teams and projects that contribute to the company's success. These projects represent opportunities for the organization to develop new products, troubleshoot problems or launch initiatives designed to assist the sales team, customers and other stakeholders. As related to product management, projects represent opportunities to improve products, reduce operational costs, defects or waste. Directly manages others in technical roles (SAEs, Tech Support, Field Service Engineering)
Principal Duties
Team leader
• Technical support
• Field Service Engineers
• Sales Applications Engineers
Project owner
• US residential ESS Product Management
• US code expertise/management
• Liaison to HQ engineering team
• LG Pro Installation Training Program
• Develop SLD to support sales
• Application Notes
Support
• HQ with product development
• Code and compliance
• Identify technical issues to escalate to engineers
To be successful you will need ;
- BS or equivalent relevant experience. Degree not hard requirement if relevant experience meets job requirements
- Minimum ten years Product Management and/or Sales Application Engineering experience. People management experience a plus
- Relevant experience in solar application engineering and Energy Storgae solutions strongly preferred
- Ability to travel up to 75%

Pay Range: 110,000- 145,000 Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed
