WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As the Manager of Sales Operations, you will be instrumental in supporting the success of our sales organization. Your primary focus will be on improving processes and operational efficiency within the sales teams. You will closely collaborate with sales leadership to forecast sales and analyze sales performance.
- Provide sales leadership with support in market segmentation, territory design, and quota planning
- Champion process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives within the sales organization
- Partner cross-functionally to understand the customer journey. Identify and implement improvements to streamline processes and hand-offs between departments
- Work with the VP of Sales to develop and implement a forecast methodology to standardize the forecasting process
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to comprehend sales performance and forecasts, and take actions to drive performance accordingly
- Oversee revenue operations by streamlining processes, ensuring data accuracy, analyzing KPIs, and managing the technology stack
- Ensure CRM/HubSpot data precision for account assignments, goals, account hierarchy, pipeline age, tasks, and projects
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- 4+ years experience in a Sales Operations roles, high-volume B2B SaaS experience an advantage
- Advanced skills in HubSpot, including reporting, data manipulation, dashboard creation, and business intelligence analysis
- Experience as a HubSpot Administrator preferred, as well as proficiency in Gong, InsightSquared, SFDC and other sales technology tools
- In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices implemented in high growth sales organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and sales management
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong project management and change management skills
