As a Sales Operations Manager at Brightspot, you will be a pivotal member of our Revenue Operations Team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional to take on a high-impact role with significant ownership and direct visibility to our executive leadership. You will provide data-driven insights and operational excellence to support our Business Development Representatives (BDR's), Sales, Strategic Accounts, and Partners divisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to inform data-driven decision-making and sales strategy.
- Uphold data integrity standards within our Salesforce and sales tools, and provide training for new hires.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses for sales guidance, including but not limited to, forecasting, market segmentation, and white space evaluation.
- Be instrumental in the sales planning process, including quota-setting and coverage models.
- Oversee the sales forecasting cycle, engaging directly with the sales team for accurate reporting.
- Streamline processes to mitigate administrative hindrances, enabling the sales team to focus on revenue-generating activities.
- Generate periodic business review reports, fostering collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
Qualifications
- BA or BS in Business, Finance, related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations, with a track record of contributing to sales growth.
- Admin level experience in Salesforce, including best practices in reporting, dashboards, and flows.
- Admin level experience Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.Â
- Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Outstanding analytical and financial modeling skills, coupled with the ability to present complex data to executives.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team approach.
- Previous experience in a SaaS or B2B environment is an advantage.
