How You Will Make a Difference:
The Manager, Sales Operations reports into the Healthcare North America Commercial Operations organization. It has responsibility for managing and executing large cross-functional projects to improve sales effectiveness and the Customer experience. The position will work cross-functionally with groups such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and IT with the objective of enabling Instrument Processing leadership to make effective, analytically driven and strategic operating decisions.
What You Will Do:
• Working closely with the VP & General Manager, AVP of Sales, and Director, Sales operations to define, develop and implement specific improvement opportunities as they relate to the efficiency and profitability of the Healthcare business.• Oversee day-to-operations of direct reports (Customer Relationship Specialist & Customer Sales Ops Project Coordinators) while coaching, performance management and providing work direction. • Leads development and/or integration of all IPS reporting tools.• Collaborates with STERIS Shared Services Team to analyze and revise critical elements of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to optimize functionality, specific to the Instrument Processing Solutions Division• Prepare and deliver all communications related to the initiative• Prepare comprehensive implementation plans including preparation of performance metric from which progress will be gauged.

Required Experience
• Bachelor's Degree required• 5-7 years' experience with emphasis on sales operations or continuous improvement• Coaching/mentoring experience of direct reports• Excellent formal presentation skills before small and large groups• Demonstrate comfort with ambiguity • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines• Demonstrate analytical and project management skills including data gathering, analysis, development of recommendations and creation of project plans• Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills involving system design, internal business process development and tactical business decision.
