Why this role

We’re looking for a Training Manager to join our team of learning and enablement experts to help our Sales teams deliver on our vision of becoming the most trusted hospitality brand in vacation rental.  As a Training Manager you’ll be directly involved in leading Evolve’s team of Trainers as they support the learning of front line teammates on the Sales teams. As part of our broader Learning and Enablement department, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse set of Evolve teams and leaders as you help drive effectiveness in role specific onboarding for new Evolvers. 

What you’ll do

  • Hire, lead, and develop a growing team of learning professionals, including trainers/facilitators through ongoing performance coaching and support
  • Lead and support the organization’s development and delivery of new hire training  programs for our Sales teams
  • Analyze available data from surveys, assessments, and feedback from leaders and QA teammates to make informed decisions to continuously improve new hire curriculums
  • Manage the new teammate training calendar providing flexibility for supported teams while ensuring availability of the training delivery team to complete all prioritized work
  • Partner with Learning and Enablement teammates and company leaders to identify skill improvement opportunities and identify how to incorporate solutions into new hire curriculum as appropriate 
  • Partner with the Quality Assurance Training Manager to develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities
  • Implement and manage a process to ensure consistency in training documentation, including agendas, facilitation guides, and handoff documents
  • Observe and coach training team to ensure that materials are delivered according to set guidelines

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in high-growth and high-volume sales environments; previous hospitality experience preferred
  • 3+ years of people management experience, specific to Training and Delivery teams a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a broad range of stakeholders including teammates, managers and learning professionals
  • Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential
  • Experience incorporating Adult Learning principles in a variety of learning environments including Instructor Led and Computer Based training programs
  • Ability to analyze behavioral and performance data to draw conclusions, inform strategy, and communicate trends to all levels within the organization
  • Experience leveraging and optimizing Learning Management Systems 
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines while managing shifting priorities across multiple teams and scaling organization
  • Ability to build strong relationships and effectively influence others
  • Passion for hospitality and inherent motivation to help others
  • Proficient in using Google suite
  • Salesforce experience a plus

Location 

Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both! As we grow, we are working towards opening remote opportunities across the entire U.S. We currently are able to hire across the U.S except in the following locations: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico, and Pennsylvania. 

Compensation

For this role our salary range is $109,000 to $125,000, depending on relevant experience
