Summary:

In this role, you'll closely work with Supply chain stakeholders at all levels to prepare project roadmaps and collaborate with internal and external IT teams to deliver and support.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of Supply Chain IT portfolio including ERP and non-ERP applications
  • Provide IT subject matter expertise in Planning, Procurement, Quality, Warehousing, Shipping and returns management
  • Create detailed project schedules and work plans for Capacity planning, Cost estimates and resource allocation
  • Manage, coach, and mentor technology team members to provide leadership direction and guidance in the execution of assigned tasks and personal/professional career development
  • Utilizes company/industry project management methodologies and tools throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or Accelerated SAP (ASAP).
  • Leverages formal change management processes to manage changes to scope, cost, schedule and to ensure alignment in expectations.
  • Accountable for continuous monitoring of project health and adjusting resource allocations and task plans to ensure deliverables are progressing to completion.
  • Builds a positive, collaborative working environment that instills respect, trust, quality and success as its core goals.
  • Raises risks and issues to leadership on a timely basis and work with appropriate parties to create action plans.


Required Skills:
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with the implementation of SAP ERP Solutions in Planning, Procurement, Quality Management, Warehousing and Shipping areas
  • 3+ years of project management experience in SAP Supply chain areas
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA
  • 3+ years' experience with the design, implementation and support of mobile apps using SAP Fiori
  • 3+ years of experience in systems integration with Shipping partners, Salesforce, Workday and EDI thru SAP PO/XI/PI
  • Ability to execute multiple projects in parallel
  • Strong business process knowledge and ability to map business requirements to standard SAP processes with minimal or no customization
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent consulting skills, Self-confident
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills of complex and technical concepts. Demonstrates strong command of the English language
  • High internal drive/self-initiative; Ability to work with ambiguous and incomplete information; Resourceful
  • Excellent customer engagement skills with various types and groups of leaders & people
  • Proven team-building skills including trust, professionalism, and ability to garner consensus across diverse groups


Required Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
